Masters: Day 2 Rule Brittania

The second round of the Us. Masters saw the old guard of Couples and Watson falter slightly following their day 1 heroics.

They were replaced at the top of the leaderboard by the English duo of Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter who appears to have at last found a way of matching his game to his stuningly impressive wardrobe this season.

The English duo's success made for ever so slightly nauseating coverage by B.B.C but Peter Allis rambling and the ever entertaining Ken on the Course segment more than made up for it.

Those of us fearing an escalation of the excitement from the B.B.C should Poulter or Westwood remain at the top come Sunday evening can take solace in the fact that both Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods remain in contention just two shots back
